Its customers include enterprises, managed service providers and government organizations worldwide. It is a privately held software vendor; the 2021 Series E raised about $105M, and third-party estimates of total funding range from roughly $189M to $253M. It was named a Leader in the 2026 IDC MarketScape for Worldwide AIOps and opened a Hyderabad, India office in March 2026.
