Unifonic is a cloud communications SaaS/CPaaS company. Its platform lets organizations manage AI-assisted customer engagement, campaigns and workflows across SMS, voice, WhatsApp and web chat. Customers include Toyota, HSBC, FedEx, Carrefour and SABIC, across banking, healthcare and retail. It says it handles 10+ billion transactions a year in over 160 countries. It raised a $125M Series B in 2021 (SoftBank Vision Fund 2, Sanabil), after a Series A in 2018, and acquired Sestek in 2022. Tracxn puts its total funding at about $146M.
