Strava
Strava sells a subscription fitness app and social network where runners, cyclists and other athletes track, analyze and share their activities.
Strava runs a mobile and web platform for recording workouts, analyzing performance and connecting with other athletes. It uses a freemium model, with paid subscriptions for advanced analytics, routes and training features. The company was founded in 2009. It announced more than 195 million users in March 2026. It raised about $110M in a 2020 Series F at a $1.5B valuation, then a May 2025 round led by Sequoia at a reported $2.2B valuation. It was reported to have confidentially filed for an IPO in early 2026, and third-party estimates of 2025 revenue range from about $415M to $500M. Strava is a consumer fitness company, not primarily an AI company.
