About Starburst

Starburst, founded in 2017 by the creators of the open-source Trino engine, offers Starburst Enterprise (self-managed) and Starburst Galaxy (managed SaaS). In 2026 it launched an "Enterprise Intelligence Platform" with AIDA, an AI Data Assistant that lets users query data in natural language.
