SPAN makes a smart electrical panel with circuit-level monitoring and control, plus energy-management software (SPAN Energy Intelligence, PowerUp). It sells to homeowners, contractors, homebuilders such as PulteGroup, and utilities such as PG&E. Revenue comes from hardware sales, utility programs and software. The company reports about $419M in total funding. In January 2026 Eaton invested $75M for roughly 7% ownership, at an implied valuation of about $1.07B. SPAN says it grew revenue nearly 600% in 2022. Its panels were installed in 47 US states by 2023.
