Solfácil
Brazilian solar fintech that finances residential and small-business solar systems through installers and sells solar equipment and software to those installers.
Solfácil runs a B2B2C solar platform. It offers consumer and small-business solar loans with real-time credit pre-analysis, distributes solar kits (panels, inverters, cables) and provides software tools to installers. It earns money from interest and fees on loans and from equipment sales. It acquired the kit distributor Solar Inove in 2023. As of its 2022 Series C (SoftBank, QED, Valor, Fifth Wall), it had financed over 145K systems and issued about $679M in loans. It has since funded growth mainly through debt and securitization, including a $170M credit-rights fund (FIDC) and a R$750M CRI (real-estate receivables certificate) in 2025.
