Optimize RCM, formerly TharWorx, rebranded in July 2024. It sells hospital revenue cycle services including pre-billing, coding, billing and payments, and accounts receivable follow-up. These are delivered through automation, process optimization and offshore workforce outsourcing, with a patient-access customer experience center in the Philippines planned from January 2025. The company says it has a 2,500+ person workforce and processes about $2.6B in claims annually.
