SiFive is a fabless semiconductor IP company. It licenses customizable RISC-V CPU cores across its Performance, Intelligence and Essential families, and also offers development platforms such as the BigSky datacenter server. Customers include semiconductor companies, hyperscalers and automotive/industrial OEMs. The company says its IP appears in more than 500 designs and that over 10 billion cores have shipped. In April 2026 it raised a $400M Series G at a $3.65B valuation, led by Atreides Management with NVIDIA participating. Total funding is about $766M. The company says the round was its last before a possible IPO.
