PsiQuantum
PsiQuantum is building utility-scale, fault-tolerant photonic quantum computers and the Construct software suite for governments, research labs and enterprises.
PsiQuantum develops silicon-photonics quantum computers. It aims for million-qubit, fault-tolerant systems, manufactured with GlobalFoundries. It also offers Construct, a software suite for fault-tolerant quantum algorithms, which became free and open to all developers in 2026. It is largely pre-revenue and funded by venture capital and government agreements. It raised a $1B Series E at a $7B valuation in Sept 2025, and Sacra reports a $1.5B round at a $10.5B valuation in May 2026. 2026 government support includes a $125M DARPA agreement, a $100M U.S. Commerce Department award and a conditional $150M U.S. Department of War loan commitment. It is building utility-scale sites in Brisbane, Australia and Chicago, Illinois.
