About Park Place Technologies

Park Place Technologies sells multi-vendor post-warranty maintenance for servers, storage and networking gear. It also sells monitoring, hardware lifecycle, and managed and professional services, and in September 2026 it launched an AI-powered platform for IT infrastructure health visibility. Its customers include enterprises, government, higher education and healthcare organizations, and it says it works with 21,500 to 25,000 organizations worldwide. It is private equity-backed, having been owned by GTCR and then Charlesbank, with debt financing from Blackstone and Blue Owl in 2024. It grew largely by acquisition, including Curvature, which management cited in 2020 as part of roughly $600M revenue, and more recently Service Express in 2025.
