Majesco

Majesco sells cloud-native core insurance platforms covering policy administration, billing, claims, underwriting, distribution and data analytics. Its customers are P&C and life, annuity and health insurers, MGAs and pension providers worldwide, and it has added GenAI features. It earns revenue from SaaS software, consulting and services. Thoma Bravo took it private in 2020 in a deal valued at about $594M, later raised to $16.00 per share. It has since made several acquisitions, including Decision Research Corp (2024) and Vitech (closed Jan 2026, partly financed by OHA debt). Third-party estimates put revenue at roughly $300M–$500M.
