Bouclair
Canadian home décor and furnishings retailer selling furniture, bedding, lighting, window coverings and accents to consumers through stores, e-commerce and wholesale/B2B.
Bouclair is a privately owned Canadian home fashion retailer, not an AI company. It sells furniture, window coverings, bedding, lighting, home accents and wall décor, mostly under its own brand and in-house designs. It sells to consumers through about 55 stores across Canada and online, and it has a growing wholesale/B2B division. It was founded in 1970 as a fabric and sewing business. Alston Investments, which includes CEO Peter Goldberg as a shareholder, acquired it in 2019. In March 2025 Second Avenue Capital Partners closed a US$20M senior secured credit facility for it.
