Luma, run by Luma Software Ltd in Manchester, built an action-led communication tool for digital agencies and their clients. It let agencies capture and resolve support requests, send automated progress updates and give clients contextual support and advice. It targeted agencies and freelancers, presumably through software subscriptions. Crunchbase lists it as a 1-10 person company and marks it as closed. It is unrelated to Luma AI (lumalabs.ai), the US video-AI company.
