Kasa Living, founded in 2016, runs a booking platform and operating stack for professionally managed apartments and boutique hotels in US cities. Its guests are business and leisure travelers. It also partners with multifamily and boutique hospitality owners, turning underused real estate into managed units. Reported funding includes a $70M Series C in October 2023 co-led by Citi Ventures and FirstMark, and a reported $40M growth equity round in August 2025. PitchBook lists a January 2026 deal with Mint House, and about 491 employees as of 2025. Sources disagree on HQ: Crunchbase says San Francisco, PitchBook says Miami, and LeadIQ and SignalHire give a New York address.
