Hotel Engine runs a web and mobile platform where companies book and manage business lodging at negotiated, member-only hotel rates. It adds consolidated billing, reporting and 24/7 support, and gives access to 700,000+ properties worldwide. It serves small and large businesses in construction, logistics, oil and gas, retail and healthcare. It earns money from the margin between negotiated hotel rates and what members pay, and membership is free to join. It raised about $221M in total, including a $65M Series B in 2021 and a $140M Series C led by Permira and Blackstone in 2024. That Series C valued it at about $2.1B. Revenue estimates vary widely by source, and one source puts 2025 revenue at about $212M.
