Greenlight is an Atlanta-based family technology company. Its app and parent-managed debit card for kids and teens are delivered through bank partners. It has expanded into GPS Safe Devices, identity and fraud protection, and (launched June 2026) the Family Hub smart display with a 'Hey Greenlight' AI assistant. It sells to parents and families (B2C) through tiered subscriptions of about $5.99–$24.98 per month, plus hardware and a Family Hub+ plan at $9.99 per month. It reports over 6.5 million family members and nearly $10B managed to date (2026). It has raised roughly $556M, including a $260M Series D led by Andreessen Horowitz in April 2021 at a $2.3B valuation.
