It is not an AI company, although it is based in California. Its community is over 50M members across 170 countries. Revenue comes mainly from marketplace transaction fees and company-operated retail stores. Founded in 2015, it has raised about $487M in total, including a $195M Series F in June 2021 at a $3.7B valuation.
