GOAT Group runs four resale and retail platforms: GOAT, Flight Club, Grailed and alias. They cover sneakers, streetwear and luxury apparel, and each item is authenticated. It is not an AI company, although it is based in California. Its community is over 50M members across 170 countries. Revenue comes mainly from marketplace transaction fees and company-operated retail stores. Founded in 2015, it has raised about $487M in total, including a $195M Series F in June 2021 at a $3.7B valuation.
