G&A Partners

G&A Partners is a professional employer organization (PEO) and HR outsourcing firm. It sells HR consulting, payroll, benefits, workplace safety and compliance support, and an integrated HR technology platform, mainly under a co-employment model. Its clients are mostly small and mid-sized businesses. It was founded in 1995 by Tony Grijalva and John W. Allen. By early 2025 it served more than 4,400 clients and 100,000 worksite employees, and it has grown through acquisitions, including San Antonio PEOs Integrity HRM and Covenant Services (Oct 2025) and Ethan Allen HR Services (Jan 2026). It reported $2.4B in revenue in 2018 and made the Inc. 5000 list 21 times (2026). Jeff Williams succeeded co-founder John Allen as CEO in July 2026. AI is used as a supporting tool, and the company says its technology is not its core product.
