Clio is legal software for law practice management and growth. Lawyers use Clio to manage their law firm's cases, intake, billing, and more in the cloud.
Clio's Intelligent Legal Work Platform combines practice management (Clio Manage, Grow, Draft), the Clio Work AI workspace, and vLex's Vincent AI legal research. It is sold on a subscription basis, mainly to small and mid-size law firms, and increasingly to large firms and corporate legal departments through Clio for Enterprise. In November 2025 Clio closed its US$1B acquisition of vLex and a US$500M Series G at a US$5B valuation, plus a US$350M debt facility. It reported ARR of about US$400M in late 2025 and said in May 2026 that it had passed US$500M, with hundreds of thousands of users in 130+ countries.
