What it does

This skill adapts TDD principles to skill documentation by having you write failing test cases first, then document the skill to make agents pass those tests. Use it when creating new skills, refining existing ones, or verifying skills work before deployment. The core insight: if you didn't watch an agent fail without the skill, you don't know if the skill teaches the right thing.

  • Write pressure-test scenarios with subagents to establish baseline (RED phase)
  • Document skills to make failing agents comply with your tests (GREEN phase)
  • Refactor documentation to close loopholes and strengthen guidance (REFACTOR phase)
  • Store personal skills in ~/.claude/skills/ or cross-runtime ~/.agents/skills/ alias
