WorkHero pairs dedicated HVAC-expert office managers with custom AI agents. They handle billing, invoicing, permits, rebates, scheduling and follow-ups, and they work inside tools such as Jobber, Housecall Pro, ServiceTitan and QuickBooks. Customers are small to mid-sized HVAC contractors. The model is subscription-based, with plans listed at about $1,800 and $2,500 per month. The company announced a $5M seed round led by Navitas Capital in October 2025, with Workshop Ventures and York IE also participating. It is a Workshop Ventures company, and sources put its headcount at roughly 9–12.
