Its AI recruiting products include Wellfound Reach, which uses AI sourcing agents, plus a free ATS and the managed-sourcing tier Autopilot. Its 2026 site reports 27,000+ startups hiring, 10M+ candidates and 100,000+ hires. Employers pay for paid plans, and job seekers use it free. It acquired Hirefly in early 2026. Third-party sources list about $24–28M raised in total, from investors including Atlas Venture and GV.
