UniUni is a Richmond, BC logistics company that handles parcel pickup, sorting, routing and last-mile delivery, including US-to-Canada cross-border shipping. It serves e-commerce platforms, online retailers and brands. It uses AI route optimization, proof-of-delivery photos and a flexible network of independent contract drivers. Sources report it grew revenue about 6,829% from 2021 to 2024 (Deloitte Technology Fast 50 Canada, 2025). It has raised roughly $222M–$290M, depending on the source, including a Series D and a March 2026 debt financing with RBC. In 2026 it announced a merger with MAK Acquisition Corp. to form a public entity, "New UniUni", along with a $100M PIPE.
