Unifi Aviation
Unifi Aviation is the largest aviation ground handling provider in North America. It sells ramp and passenger handling, cabin cleaning, cargo, ground equipment maintenance and security services to airlines such as Delta, United and Alaska. It operates on a contract services model. It was formed in 2018 when Argenbright Holdings bought a majority stake in Delta's DAL Global Services, and it rebranded as Unifi in 2020. As of March 2026 it reported 45,000+ employees at 240+ airports and more than $2B in revenue. It also announced a strategic financing from Carlyle in March 2026 and has acquired Prospect Airport Services, Up & Away and Viggo (Netherlands). It is not an AI company, though it has used AI for safety analytics with Microsoft.
