Trustpilot operates an open, freemium review platform where consumers rate businesses. Companies pay for subscriptions to collect, manage and display reviews and to gain customer insights, and the company says AI is supporting its growth. It is listed on the London Stock Exchange (LSE: TRST). In FY2025 it reported revenue of $261.1M (up from $210.7M in 2024), ARR of $296.1M and 27,362 paying customers. It had 1,108 employees at the end of 2025 and more than 361 million reviews.
