Talent Systems runs a portfolio of casting platforms: Casting Networks, Spotlight, Cast It Reach, Casting Frontier, Staff Me Up and Tagmin. Casting directors, talent agents, and production companies use them to source and manage talent across film, TV, commercials, theater and digital projects. It earns revenue from subscription and service fees. In 2022 RedBird Capital Partners and StepStone Group acquired a majority stake, with terms undisclosed. It handled over 50,000 projects and 2 million auditions in 2021. Justin Kramer became CEO in March 2026.
