Souche is a Hangzhou-based automotive retail platform founded in December 2012 by Yao Junhong. It sells SaaS products such as DaFengChe, CheNiu and Chehang168, plus marketing and management tools, logistics and warehousing, and financial services for car dealers and OEMs. In 2017 its products connected more than 110,000 used- and new-car dealers. It has raised about $1.2B over 6 rounds from investors including Alibaba, Warburg Pincus, Primavera Capital and 5Y Capital, with a $335M Series E in 2017 and a $578M Series F in 2018. Third-party estimates put 2024 revenue at about $213.5M, but this figure is unverified.
