The website and registry sources describe a clinical provider and not an AI company. Revenue comes from patient care. SightGrowthPartners, an affiliated entity, supplies administrative services to the practices. Chicago Pacific Founders and Duchossois Capital Management have backed it since 2018. It acquired Papale Eye Center (MA) in 2025. Third-party estimates put 2025 revenue at roughly $100–250M, and headcount was about 374 as of Aug 2026.
