Rithum
Rithum was formed from the merger of CommerceHub (founded 1997) and ChannelAdvisor (founded 2001). CommerceHub acquired ChannelAdvisor in a take-private deal in 2022, and the combined company rebranded as Rithum in December 2023. It sells SaaS for listing, inventory, order, dropship, advertising and delivery management across 400+ marketplaces and retail channels. It reports serving 40,000+ brands, suppliers and retailers with over $50B in annual GMV. It is privately held, and Insight Partners is reported to hold a majority stake. Headcount is roughly 950 (2026).
