Customers include industrial REITs, healthcare providers, manufacturers and Fortune 500 enterprises. They pay per unit of energy saved or generated under long-term contracts, plus subscription data fees. It operates across 6,000+ sites in 10+ countries. In 2025 it closed a $650M credit facility from CDPQ and Nuveen, and in January 2026 it reportedly closed a further $216M debt financing. Sources report different totals for funds raised.
