Real Matters runs a network-management marketplace where independent field professionals (appraisers, inspectors, notaries, closing agents) compete for lender and insurer orders. They are ranked on service level, quality and professionalism. Its brands are Solidifi (appraisal), Linear (title and closing) and iv3 (insurance inspection). Customers include mortgage lenders, banks and insurers, and it says it serves 60 of the top 100 U.S. lenders. It was founded in 2004 and went public on the TSX in May 2017 with an IPO of about US$157M. Fiscal 2025 revenue was about US$170M. In Q3 FY2026 (quarter ended June 2026), revenue was US$51.5M (+13% year over year) and Adjusted EBITDA was US$0.7M. The company reported US$40M cash and no debt. It describes AI investment as part of its technology strategy, but it is a services marketplace rather than a core AI company.
