Plus Power
Plus Power is a battery storage developer, not an AI company. It develops, finances, builds and operates standalone, transmission-connected battery projects that sell capacity, energy and grid-forming ancillary services. Its customers are utilities, grid operators (ISOs) and commodity traders, under contracts ranging from fully merchant to full toll agreements. Its website lists about 1,800 MW / 4,750 MWh operating or under construction, with 11+ GW in development across 20+ US states. It says it raised an additional $1.8 billion in financing, but the date isn't given in the sources I found. Operating sites are in Arizona, Hawaii, Massachusetts, Maine and Texas, and it has offices in Houston, San Francisco, Chicago and Miami.
