PK Global, formerly ProKarma, is a Beaverton, Oregon IT services firm. It offers CX design, cloud engineering, DevOps, testing and automation, and process automation, with some AI and machine learning work. Its clients are large enterprises in sectors such as retail, telecom and healthcare. It earns revenue from consulting and engineering services. Endeavour Capital invested in 2012, and a majority stake was sold to another financial investor in 2016. Concentrix acquired PK in November 2021 on undisclosed terms, and it now operates as Concentrix Catalyst. In 2021 it had about 4,000 people in 22 cities across four countries. Third-party revenue estimates range from roughly $146M to over $1B, so I have not stated a revenue figure. Founding-year sources conflict (2001, 2004 and 2005), so I have left that field out.
