PeopleCert creates and delivers accredited exams and certifications in IT service management, project management, DevOps and language proficiency, including ITIL, PRINCE2, DevOps Institute and LANGUAGECERT. Customers are individual professionals, corporations, training partners and government bodies in 200+ countries. It earns money from exam fees, certification and membership fees, and learning content, and it is privately held. It grew through acquisitions: AXELOS in 2021, DevOps Institute in 2023 and DP Cube Learning in 2024. It also took FTV Capital investment in 2021. Third-party data estimates revenue at about $148M, though this figure is unverified.
