Ordina
Ordina is an IT services and consulting firm, not an AI-product company. It develops and implements software, advises on digital transformation, and runs IT landscapes under outsourcing contracts. Its customers are mainly in financial services, industry and government. It was founded in 1973 and listed on Euronext Amsterdam in 1987. Sopra Steria agreed to acquire it in 2023, and Ordina and Tobania then joined Sopra Steria Benelux, a combined group of more than 4,000 people. Ordina reported revenue of EUR 372 million in 2019.
