Omie, founded in 2013 by Marcelo Lombardo and Rafael Olmos, sells a cloud ERP covering invoicing, cash flow, inventory, CRM and accounting. It also offers embedded financial services and online education. Its customers are Brazilian SMEs, and it sells through accounting-firm partners and about 130 franchise units. The company reported about 170 thousand clients and 1,600 employees in 2025. It raised R$580M in a SoftBank-led round in 2021, and in September 2025 a round of about $160M led by Partners Group that was partly secondary.
