Observe.AI provides a SaaS platform that lets enterprises automate customer calls with AI voice agents. It also supports human agents in real time and analyzes every interaction for quality management, coaching and insights. Customers include DoorDash, Resmed, Pearson and Signify Health. It was founded in 2017 and went through Y Combinator (W18). It raised a $125M Series C led by SoftBank Vision Fund 2 in April 2022, for roughly $213M in total funding. Latka estimates 2024 ARR at about $44M, but that figure is unverified.
