NIIT Technologies Inc. is the US arm of the Indian IT services group NIIT Technologies Ltd, which rebranded as Coforge Limited in August 2020. The group serves clients in banking and financial services, insurance, travel and transportation, manufacturing and media. It sells application development and maintenance, infrastructure management and business process management on a services model. Coforge reported revenue of about US$940M and about 20,500 employees in 2025. It is not a startup and has no venture funding; Baring Private Equity Asia acquired control in 2019.
