Navitas Solar, the brand of Navitas Green Solutions Pvt. Ltd., manufactures solar PV modules (5–720 Wp) at its plant in Surat, Gujarat. It also offers EPC services for rooftop and open-access solar parks, and its subsidiary Navitas Alpha Renewables makes EVA sheets. It was founded in 2013 and raised US$5M in April 2023, led by Parishi Diamond Group promoters and Lemon Emerging Ventures, to add 1.2 GW of annual capacity. Tracxn lists revenue of ₹100–500 Cr for FY2025 and a team of 128 employees as of May 2026.
