MoneyLion runs a mobile app with banking, Instacash cash advances, credit-builder loans, managed investing and personalized financial content, aimed mainly at mainstream US consumers. It also runs an enterprise embedded-finance marketplace. That marketplace is a B2B2C white-labeled AI recommendation platform. Revenue comes from subscriptions, interchange, loan interest and fees, and marketplace and media fees. It reported $545.9M revenue and $9.1M net income for 2024, and 20.4M total customers at year-end 2024. It went public via a SPAC in 2021, and Gen Digital acquired it for about $1B in cash, closing in April 2025.
