Mindtree
Mindtree was founded in 1999 and sold IT consulting, cloud, analytics, testing and digital engineering services to enterprise clients in banking, retail, travel and technology. It earned revenue from services contracts. It reached about US$1B in annual revenue by 2018, and had about 38,500 employees in July 2022. It merged with L&T Infotech in November 2022 to form LTIMindtree, a Larsen & Toubro Group company with more than 700 clients and over 86,000 employees. LTIMindtree now describes its focus as AI-centric growth.
