MazaoHub
MazaoHub sells a "Tech and Touch" smart-farming stack. It combines portable soil kits, IoT sensors and an offline-first AI agronomy and farm-management app with in-person support from Farmer Excellence Centres (Kliniki za Kilimo). Its customers are smallholder and mid-size farmers. Food companies and buyers also use its CropSupply.com sourcing and traceability marketplace. In September 2025 it raised a $2M pre-seed round: $1.5M equity led by Catalyst Fund, plus $500K non-dilutive capital from the Livelihood Impact Fund. It reports that farmers cut chemical fertilizer use by up to 30%. It aims to reach 500,000 farmers in Tanzania.
