Samsara sells subscriptions to a cloud platform that combines IoT sensors, AI dashcams, telematics, equipment monitoring and workflow apps. It uses these to manage fleets, equipment, sites and frontline workers. About 98% of revenue comes from subscriptions. Its customers range from small businesses to state and local governments and large global enterprises, including more than 12,000 Core Customers (each with $25K+ ARR). In fiscal 2026 (ended January 2026) it reported $1.62B revenue, $1.89B ARR (up 30% year over year) and more than 4,100 full-time employees. It has been listed on the NYSE (IOT) since its December 2021 IPO.
