Kiavi
Kiavi (formerly LendingHome, founded 2013) is a tech-enabled private lender that uses machine-learning underwriting and a digital closing process. Its customers are residential real estate investors, and it earns money by originating and servicing loans funded with institutional capital. It has funded more than $30B in loans to over 29,000 investors, including $7.3B originated in 2025. It is now a subsidiary of Figure Technology Solutions, and PitchBook lists the M&A deal at about $717M.
