JX Luxventure Group
JX Luxventure Group (Nasdaq: JXG; formerly KBS Fashion Group and JX Luxventure Limited, renamed in December 2024) has three segments: tourism products, technology and cross-border merchandise. It sells duty-free skincare, health supplements and lifestyle goods, plus travel packages and software for cross-border operations, mainly to business customers in China. It launched an AI chat agent, 'LuxGent', in February 2025, and its AI-based SaaS was adopted by Hainan's Cross-border Merchandise Association in 2023. Revenue was about $82.9M in 2025, up from $49.8M in 2024, with a net loss of about $11M in 2025.
