Elevate K-12
Elevate K-12 is a Chicago-based edtech and services company. Its tech platform streams live lessons from state-certified teachers into K-12 classrooms. Courses cover core subjects, special education, English language learning, and enrichment. Districts contract for the service to fill teacher vacancies. Funding included a $40M Series C in June 2022 and a $25M growth financing from Trinity Capital in May 2024. Fullmind Learning announced its acquisition of Elevate K-12 in March 2026. The combined company is described as the largest dedicated virtual education partner in K-12.
