DroneBase, founded in 2014, rebranded as Zeitview in 2023. It combines a global network of drone pilots with AI and machine-learning analysis to deliver inspection data on high-value infrastructure. Customers are in solar, wind, insurance, construction, roofing, real estate, telecom and utilities. It sells services and software to enterprises. It raised a $55M Series E led by Valor Equity Partners in Feb 2023, after a $20M growth round in 2021, and reported over 80,000 pilots across 70 countries in 2021.
