Document Crunch sells a construction-specific AI platform (CrunchAI) that flags risky contract language, payment-term mismatches and compliance obligations across the project lifecycle, and it has been used on more than 10,000 projects. Customers include Balfour Beatty, PCL, Boldt and Haskell, and it sells to enterprise contractors through a sales-assisted subscription model. It raised a $9M Series A in February 2024 and a $21.5M Series B in October 2024 led by Titanium Ventures, and one source puts total funding at about $37M. Trimble signed an agreement to acquire the company on April 2, 2026, with terms undisclosed and closing expected in Q2 2026.
