Daugherty Business Solutions, legally Daugherty Systems, Inc., is a St. Louis-based professional services firm founded by Ron Daugherty in 1985. It specializes in artificial intelligence, data analytics, custom software engineering and IT consulting. Its clients are Fortune 500 companies in financial services, healthcare, communications, retail and manufacturing. In December 2024, CGI announced an equity purchase agreement to merge operations with Daugherty, bringing more than 1,100 consultants. At that time the firm had about 1,000 employees.
